I feel like I eat too much meat these days. I feel terribly guilty about it, and my waistline's not too happy.
Perhaps I just need to focus on portion control:
6 servings veggies daily (1/2c of non leafies/1c leafies)
3 servings fruit daily (1/2c)
2 servings nuts/seeds (1/4c)
I just need to stay within my calorie and macro ranges while makings sure I eat my fresh produce and keep my fat intake lower than usual. And I need to stay hydrated.
A diet type won't fix my issues, portion control and balance will.
