Translated the title is: The computer is a little bit...
Chotto is a polite way to say that something (in this case the computer), but it can be anything, isn't working, or isn't going to work. Or in other words today's entry is going to be short. I just changed to a new computer, and I'm having trouble convincing it to let me type with my beloved Dvorak set-up instead of the standard Qwerty - with the result that I'm using hunt-and-peck instead of my usual fairly rapid touch-typing. I'll get it straight soon (I'd better with the amount I type), along with figuring out how to convert my document files so they can be read (Losing three complete novels is so not an option), But in the meanwhile typing is very annoying.
Use of chotto is very easy. Just take your noun, add "wa", and follow it with chotto. Done!
Later all. Be well.
