I've been MIA for a few days but I was doing ok. I was just off and resting. I am still tired but that's the side effect of chronic anemia. I spent yesterday rearranging a few rooms, with my mom's help. I moved the bed out of my office and across the hall into another bedroom. I did this so I can use my office as my fitness area as well. I've been working out in my living room but can't move as freely. So I this was the alternative. I also brought my stepper out of the closet. I hate that thing, but it has sentimental value so I try to use it from time to time.

So this morning I got on the stepper for one minute. My legs didn't like but I was happy. Tomorrow I will go for two minutes in the morning and two minutes when I come home from work.

Today I did the 15 minute desk workout and the 9 minute upper body sculpt. It drained me big time. I will just try to get in cardio tomorrow. My fatigue is kicking in so I think it is time to crawl into bed.

    Using a stepper is hard work - you did great! A minute doesn't sound like much to some people, but when you are on a stepper it stretches out and seems like an eternity!

I like how you are increasing your time incrementally and spreading it out. You'll be able to build your endurance like that.

I think its great that you know when to rest and take it easy as well. Both activity and rest are important to a healthy body.
