My first goal is to keep my calories under control. Next be more active, On the days that I work I am on my feet and on the move most of the day. On my days off I need to stay active. It is hard because when I get home I just want to sleep. I think that once I get used to the 13 hour shift I will be able to work in a new exercise routine.
Tonight I went to my son's curriculum night at his new school. The parents were given a copy of the students schedule and we had to walk to each classroom and meet their teachers and get an idea of what to expect this new school year. Most of my sons class are on the same floor with one class in the gym. I wish I could have gone to school here, looks like a great place to learn.
