Wow this is really difficult. There are no measuring cups and I am not in control of how the food is cooked. I am finding it really difficult to find healthy meals. I eat a good breakfast, mostly oatmeal and some fresh fruit. For lunch I have been having a fiber one bar, and a mixture of almonds, raisins and choc chips and maybe a banana or apple and dinner is just a free fall. Usually a chicken dish but everything is so salty, No matter what I eat, it all taste too salty to me.
On a positive note I have been swimming and walking at least 30 minutes on the treadmill at the hotel. DH and I did a 2 mile bike ride one day and walked the same trail the next. The weather has been beautiful. We went to a zoo today and walked the whole park.
I am a little afraid to get on the scale Sunday but whatever it is I will post, good or bad knowing that as of Sunday I will get back on track. Looking forward to getting back home, like the routine that I have set up for myself. There is comfort in the consistency of the routine. Don't get me wrong I am enjoying my vacation am very rested and relaxed but there is something to be said for the saying "There's no place like home"
