The First Day

Alright, time to get back on track!

August 13th was the end of my one year weight loss goal. I wanted to drop 30 lbs and I ended up dropping 37, which is awesome, but now I've hit a plateau. So what's a girl to do? Well, the last 15 lbs were due to the paleo diet, which I really like, so I'm going to keep doing that, but now I'm going add exercise.

I bike to work, so that's been good for me, but now I'm taking it to the next level. Let's see how it goes...

    Congratulations on your weight loss! Sometimes a plateau just happens and sometimes it happens because your body adjusts to your routine. Kicking it up to the next level may be just what you need! Good luck on your success!
