Alright, time to get back on track!
August 13th was the end of my one year weight loss goal. I wanted to drop 30 lbs and I ended up dropping 37, which is awesome, but now I've hit a plateau. So what's a girl to do? Well, the last 15 lbs were due to the paleo diet, which I really like, so I'm going to keep doing that, but now I'm going add exercise.
I bike to work, so that's been good for me, but now I'm taking it to the next level. Let's see how it goes...
