When I got on scale this am, I was thrilled to see it back @ 200.6. Monday was my official weigh in day and scale was 203! The packaged "healthy " foods are so not helping me. Happy to say as soon as I take them out I feel better in all areas.
On more thing I need to formulate a plan for is strength training. I need muscle so I can burn fat. My % of body fat according to the Nufit trainer, says 35.6. Yikes. Not where I want to stay.
I'm making these notes here so I don't lose them! I need a heavy lifting plan & partner. Like many new things,I don't enjoy it until I'm confident in it so it would be lovely to have a strength training partner. Either that or I need to find something I do enjoy....suggestions are welcome..
I read an article today to help me learn techniques to stopping a binge. Now to sit down and get my plan together. August is half over. Time to get organized..
I'm off to shower after the sweat sessions today on the bike and the little strength training I did eek out.
