Going Walk-Jogging, Again (60+ minutes!)

Well, I know I said I would only got twice a week, but I enjoyed my last walk-jog so much, I am going again and relax and enjoy it. My presentation went well, but I need to decompress and don't feel like going to the gym right now. I will let you know how it went in a bit.
The walk-jog was great! I think I burned as much as I would going to the gym, and it took less time. I enjoyed seeing people at the park and managed to squeeze in some time to play with my kid at another park. Now, I'm going to ice my knee again. I don't want to become a walk-jog addict because I'm on a new kick high, and I need to take it slow with the knee, but I sure do enjoy this a lot. But, I have to lift weights at least three times this week. Anyway, I really enjoy this and hope to keep it up slooooowly.
