I've been tracking my food again to see what all is going into my body. I've kinda been slacking on the tracking for a while! (Ok I'm exagerating on how long it's been! Too long!) WOW! I've just entered today and yesterday and I've already gone over on EVERYTHING!! Ugh! No wonder i'm just kinda chillin' at 193. I'm going to have to start meal planning again, and this time choosing healthier meals!
Hubs and I have been kinda going at it recently. Things have been stressful financially. Mostly due to his lack of self control when it comes to spending. And most of his spending is on his addictions. (Smokes and Red Bull.) I think I have a plan though. I'm going to sit down with him tonight and go over the bills and talk about where our money goes. I'm the one who takes care of all the bills and stuff so I don't think he knows how much is going where. I'm hoping this helps bc I'd really like to start saving for a house. Our little apartment is getting really small! Especially with three growing boys!
So I've been really stressed about football this year. My oldest has started Senior tackle in the youth football team in our town. It's a lot of practice time and I was stressing about staying the entire time. Well, I think I'm going to look at this as a positive. There is a track at the school where he practices. While he's practicing I'll walk the track. That way I'm not just sitting on my butt doing nothing.
