Day 5 and I am down another pound - that's almost 6 lbs this week. It's almost like the good old days when I could drop between 5-10 lbs the first week. But with all the yo-yo dieting I did about 30 years ago, the metabolism came to a screeching halt. But now it seems to be anxious to start up again - at least I hope so. I'm a bit tired today as I got to bed to late and up at the usual time, but the appetite is still under control - couldn't finish my breakfast so I will eat it later as a snack. I count the whole breakfast so I don't have to try to figure out how many calories each time I munch on some later on.
Pain in the groin is still there and it makes it so hard to walk, but I have too much to do to sit around feeling sorry for myself. Hope I can get some work done around here. But if not, there's always tomorrow. LOL.
