ok, i am off to a great start today.
i hate to get up late. i went to bed at 1am, which is normal. i slept great,but decdided to roll over at 8:15 when i woke up. the next thing i knew it was 10:15. crap!! i hate to get up that late
so i drank my coffee and decided since it was nice and cool out, to take my dog on our 30 min walk. it was great. i had my praise tape on and i was praising God the whole time.
i need to keep up my walks. i love them. i am not even sure if i want to run anymore. although my run is like most people;s walks. i am really slow. i was thinking of giving up my runs, but i love them too. so, i will run 3 days a week and do my walk along with some weights the other days. i am really getting consistent with daily excercise. i am proud of that
for the first time in a while i also made a healthy dinner and i have 300 calories left for my afterwork snack. that is do_able.
i feel like i am really begin to rock this spark program
