Yesterday was a little off. I was wanting peanut butter so I put some on some bread and ate alittle too much. Then I had some m&ms. I know I will do that time to time so I am not beating myself up over it.
Today I want to focus on more portion control. I will weigh and measure everything. My true test will come tonight at dinner. My 3 year old doesn't like the corn breading around corn dogs. So I tend to take it off and eat it. Tonight I want to throw it away. I will report on how I do.
