Day 4

Yesterday was a little off. I was wanting peanut butter so I put some on some bread and ate alittle too much. Then I had some m&ms. I know I will do that time to time so I am not beating myself up over it.

Today I want to focus on more portion control. I will weigh and measure everything. My true test will come tonight at dinner. My 3 year old doesn't like the corn breading around corn dogs. So I tend to take it off and eat it. Tonight I want to throw it away. I will report on how I do.

    Peanut butter and chocolate are the best! When I have my craving I try to dip a small piece of dark chocolate in a little bit of PB. This cures my craving and keeps me away from bread and other sugars!

Good luck with the corn dogs! Would it not be easier to just prepare your little one a hot dog (or weiner) instead? Less temptation for you too!
