Day 78 - Cardio Blast

So I know I have been away, unable to enter my blog just know that I am still at it. Last weekend I really amped it up, not only did I ride 18 miles on my bike, I also walked an extra mile and managed to Jog for the 1st time in a log time for 1 mile. I have a bad hip and knee so it's been tough and I must admit it hurt, and by time it was over my thighs above my knees wanted to cramp up so bad, but I walked it out and was able to avoid that pain.
