I've been adding back the exercises. Again, the knees are starting to act up. I was doing some Leslie Sansone's dvds for a week and then I couldn't continue further. It's annoying that I can't work out as vigorously as I'd like. So I decided to add some yoga. The yoga has sort of helped with my knees. But I'm too scared to do my walking dvds again for fear that the pain will be back. I really enjoy those dvds and they really make me sweat! Kinda feel stuck while I'm still trying to figure out which exercises are ok with my knees and which are not. Annoyed. But still trying. No. I've not given up.
