I think the back on track challenge is saving my bacon. I had two bad days, last night I had finished the day in range, but decided to not go to the gym, and went to bed early. Med induced mania and bad leg cramps kept me tossing and turning and eating till 11, when the benadryl finally kicked in. Enough. I am back on track. Today's plan of action: I woke up on time. I went to the gym and walked for 50 minutes. I have an egg veggie mess in the microwave for breakfast. I've taken my meds. Im sparking and then going to work. At lunch time, I am going to safeway to buy tonic water, lemons and milk. The tonic water is suppose to help with the leg cramps. I'm going to give the new meds a week. If next week finds me with leg cramps and mania, I'm going to call the doctor and drop the meds. If the boys clean the kitchen, I will make a healthy dinner. If not, I'll make me a salad and they can fend for themselves. I have a new spark coach assignment, to add a nutrition goal. I am going to start a healthy dinner club one night a month as my goal. I'll invite the mermaid class, my friends from work who are healthy and kind, and steve's staff. Now it's time for my omelet and shower for work.
