2nd day at fitness center. learned how to use TRX equipment. fun. if you haven't tried it, look for a gym that has the equipment...makes calisthenics fun. you work with these long straps with handles that are attached to a large metal frame. you use your own body weight as you lean away from the apparatus doing the equivalent of squats, push-ups, plank moves, triceps exercises, etc. it feels a bit like you're in training for cirque du soleil! ok, well, you're not up in the air but one can dream a little!
