Doing ok, scale is currently cooperating!
Water - 90 ounces. Haven't been getting my 3 water bottles full, but lots of water and coffee is being drank, including my green tea with fresh mint.
Stay in calorie range - doing well with staying in the calorie range. Juicing -- naked green machine - is helping me get thru the week. I have had real meals at least once a day, so i'm not just doing liquid stuff! But having the win of a nice weight drop is keeping me on track!
Log food each day - 3 days of successful logging! Woot!
Keep workout in the high heart rate range: doing well, remembering to turn on my heart rate monitor at the beginning of the workout!
No alcohol during the week: doh. Popped down to try out a special brew at our local pub... turned into 3 and a gathering of old friends and new... but i skipped dinner since i had used all my calories on beer!
All in all feeling good, still no liking my gut that i can see and pushed out certain outfits, but i know i working toward getting it smaller!
Super excited for camping this weekend! Extra goal: don't keep up with hubby on the beer intake!
Tonight is something that might be a little trouble, a local winery has a song and supper event. Mexican food truck, a band and of course their wine. We have a bogo for a glass of wine, so hopefully i can stick with just one and i'll bring my bottle of water!

My food choices allow me to lose weight easily and remain healthy
