Hello Spark friends,
Today I am feeling encouraged. I have been sticking with the program, but every now and then eat the wrong things. I always stick to a 350 calorie breakfast which usually consists of 2 boiled egg whites, fruit, and a 100 calorie thin toast. My grandkids have left for the summer and I have gotten back into the routine of walking. The weather is great now for walking early in the morning or late at night. I can't stand the heat so this is a good time of year for me. I have been to the gym a few times and my goal is to go about three times per week. People have noticed that I am getting smaller which is a great thing to hear. Stick with SP and don't worry about not loosing weight too fast. Consistency will pay off!
