I am having a tough time sticking to the low cal portion. I have not been able to complete a round since i had a success a few years Sgo.Rather than give up, I am going to do around 1000 calories for the week until my appetite shrinks a bit then get down to 500 by next week. I am losing a week, but it it either try this or cave completely. I am down 3 lbs which I think is just from adding so much water!
Keeping my fingers crossed and my water bottle close!!'
