Today's challenge is to listen to my body instead of a device to tell me the intensity of my workout.

I learned a lot about myself in this challenge. I have hypothyroidism. I've accepted I have to workout more than your average person to get results. If I listen to my thoughts, I want to make excuses of why I could logically slow down. If I listen to my body, I know I can push through being uncomfortable and tired and I'll feel better for it. For, me it's finding the balance. The tools show me how different workouts and eating habits effect my results. I do rely on them for accountability. However, the tools don't define me. I'm proud of my journey even my stumbles. They are what help me learn!

Have a wonderful journey everyone. Pat yourself on the back for having the courage to step out of your comfort zone and challenge yourself!

What a great idea. So many of us lose touch with our body and do things by the clock instead of how we are feeling. The body's intuitive and we sometimes for emoticon get that. Thanks for a thoughtful blog!

That is a winner, especially if we have health issues.
