Why do the BAD weeks go on forever? I have tried so hard to get back on track but this bloody week just won't end!
I did get the 4 pounds back off that I gained over the weekend but I am disapointed because that should have been 4 "fresh" pounds gone, not me working to remvoe something that was already gone. I hope that makes sense.
I have screwed up my 15K steps per day goal for the month. *sigh*
WHY IS THIS SO HARD?
