Woke up kind of headachey, why? the evil is due in 2 days, wondered why my back was achey!
So my 7 day weigh in is slightly off, not sure exactly what my weight was when I started, it was 206 or 205, but I weighed in at 204 today, so lost a couple pounds.
I'm really happy with this style of eating. No cravings, no mood swings, no extreme tiredness. I didn't get the sugar detox, the carb flu, no discomfort, usually I'm a disaster. I'm not craving pizza, nothing.
Giving up flour was not the horror I imagined it would be. I have avoided processed foods, added sugars and switched to coconut sugar for coffee. Yes its only been 7 days but as a lifelong dieter I've tried so many different styles of eating and this was the least painless change.
