me too but staying on track is the thing for me I do good for a while and then I get off track a lil but I will get there its hard work but it will pay off im going too do 2100 cal and im going to stick to it and not look back this time I only got off a day but that day can turn into days weeks months so im going to work harder on the treadmill this morn just soon as the kids get up I am going to start my 30 min walk on it and the I do a 30 dvd workout everone 1013 days ago
