Days 31-34 of 50.. Feeling Kinda Bummed

Well the past 3 days have been kind of crappy for me. I haven't been able to work out at all. Monday and Tuesday I was super sick.. fever, chills, and insane nausea that wouldn't go away. Then Tuesday I got an abscess on my inner thigh. I worked a 12 hour shift on Tuesday and it rubbed on my pants and got super huge and painful. So Wednesday I decided to go to the doctor. She put me on antibiotics and cut and drained it. Sorry if this is gross and TMI. But anyways it hurts really bad, and it's really swollen so I decided no workout on Wednesday either.
It's now Thursday at 1am so it's officially day 34. 3 days of no working out is literally killing me. I HATE not being able to workout. Exercise is my stress relief, and my me time. So when I wake up in the morning I'm working out no matter what is going on with my leg. I took my first dose of antibiotic and I hope the swelling will go down overnight. Even if it doesn't.. I'm doing an hour and a half of cardio tomorrow.
On the upside... I have been watching what I've been eating and being super strict with my diet since I can't work out. I'm already at my goal weight for Sunday so I just need to maintain. I definitely wouldn't mind being a lb under my goal either.. hopefully.
Ok here's my day 34 plan:
Running on the treadmill- 20+ minutes
Elliptical -30 minutes
Walking outside- 40+ minutes
ST arms- 30 minutes
Breakfast- scrambled egg whites, whole grain toast, all fruit spread
Lunch- turkey burger, homemade baked French fries, salad
Dinner- steak, steamed green beans, zucchini
Snacks- celery, peanut butter
