I think my milk intolerance is worse. There have been things I could tolerate that have upset my stomach all week. Butter and milk chocolate seem to be giving me issues.
I began tracking last week and was enthusiastic. By the end of the first night, I felt like I was starving from cutting back and I seem to be having additional reactions as a result. I've had diarrhea all week. Its like my body rejects the idea of my eating less.
I have not seen any weight loss either. I've gained actually. I feel like I've become weight loss resistant on a physical and an emotional level.
I'm not giving up though. One day I will figure this out.
