Intolerance Issues again

I think my milk intolerance is worse. There have been things I could tolerate that have upset my stomach all week. Butter and milk chocolate seem to be giving me issues.

I began tracking last week and was enthusiastic. By the end of the first night, I felt like I was starving from cutting back and I seem to be having additional reactions as a result. I've had diarrhea all week. Its like my body rejects the idea of my eating less.

I have not seen any weight loss either. I've gained actually. I feel like I've become weight loss resistant on a physical and an emotional level.

I'm not giving up though. One day I will figure this out.

    emoticon We just have to keep trying until we find what "Works" for each of us. The best thing is that we are NOT doing it alone.

    I have a lot of problems with wheat and dairy. I think the two go hand in hand somehow.

I'm trying to eat better too with the same results. I think my problem is I'm trying to cut back way too much too fast and need to do this gradually. I'm trying to make too many changes at once. I didn't get fat over night so I can take my time and make small changes that work.

My first rule is no eating after 8 P.M. and I think I have that down. Next I need to be sure I get my water in EVERY DAY and I am doing okay. I can tell because I'm peeing constantly. LOL.

    Are you eating more fruit? That often makes multiple trips to the bathroom a reality. I ate too many grapes and ended up with heartburn and a really upset stomach for two days.
