I was an under-weight ballet dancer for many years.
After leaving the company, my weight crept up to "normal/ average" for my height. Going back to school and starting my doctorate in Physical Therapy, my weight increased to "overweight!" I want to get back to a healthier BMI, because I am going to be a health care professional very soon.
I am also planning to wear my wedding dress again next year, and am step mother to a pre-teen girl.
These are both reasons to look my best and to be a healthy role model. Speaking of model, I've always been interested in modeling, and have dabbled in it a bit. I'd love to get some more strong muscles to show off in pictures!
