I don't know how I found the motivation, but I reached my goal of 10,000 today. I took a 45 min walk this evening to reach it. That doesn't even include the run I went for, so I am thrilled and am hoping I'll sleep like a rock!
*Wondering how I can have an active social life while continuing to exercise so much... I wouldn't have been able to go for my walk tonight had I gone out.
