Well I'm still over on calories today but only by 26. I'm going to say that's a really good day. Especially considering I've been HUGELY over for the last two weeks. How do I know? I didn't track but I know what I was eating. A conservative guestimate would be I was over about 500 (+) calories per day.
I'm about 1,000 steps short but I'm going to see if I can talk hubby into walking tonight. If not, I know Tazzy will keep me company. I have no fear of not making my steps today. I'll be over 10,000.
I'm back to doing my daily squats and push-ups, so I'm doing a bit of ST. Maybe I can work my arms tonight while I'm hanging out with hubby. Wish me luck.
