Yesterday I returned to Zumba after a break & boy did it kick my butt. The normal instructor was on vacation so we had someone filling in. She was much more intense and didn't take things slow at all. At first I didn't like it very much, but as we got going I felt the sweat flowing & my legs burning & realized it was the best workout I've had in a while. And to think I almost didn't go!
