I've come to the conclusion that sometimes the scale really has absolutely no idea! All I can say is, don't let it get you down. Be persistent!

I have to weigh daily as I retain fluid and I have to know how it goes in that area. If you don't see changes on the scale maybe you should take the advice your dr. gave you on your spark page. Don't fix intimitate dinners for four unless you invite three other people. I liked that.
Portion control is so important and you need to drink plenty of water.

Wait one week - you will see the difference (good or bad) to work with....

I have had the problem before so I stopped weighing everyday! But there are many reasons why that could be happening: it could be the time of day that you weigh (you weigh differently during different times of the day), it could also be what you ate the night before. So my best advice to you is to try and only weigh once a week I think you will be happier with the results. Good luck!
