well its hump day.
i did horrible food wise yesterday but i did great excercise wise. i need to get it together. i am only hurting myself when i eat bad. i have figured out what works for me. i just need to stick with it. points dont work, extreme dieting dont work. the only thing that works is counting calories on spark and making sure i get in all my nutritional components
i bought a really good snack mix at sams club. i knew when i bought it that it was a mistake. it had cranberries, cashews, almonds, white chocolate chips. ok. a 1/4 cup serving is do able. yeah right. this stuff is so good that i cant eat just that amount. i grabbed the bag last night and started muching in bed. bad idea. i couldnt stop. so scale is up today and i HAVE to get rid of this stuff today!!
i am excited about my 5k training and i am going to be incorporating some weight training.
