Yes I am blogging everyday again! And I hope doing so I will shed some pounds! I am going to do these positive blogs until I lose 15 pounds or in a size 9
Today I ran 5 miles, 3.22 pushing the baby and then the last 1.78 at my neighborhood gym. I have some neighbors who want to do a boot camp workout outside and I found a place to do it!

Then into my neighborhood gym. I ran with a sweat belt! HA! Do they work??
My shorts were soaked when I was done!!
And I love these for packing my Kinder's lunch!!
I will not pick apart my pictures from today!! I realize it will take me a few weeks to notice changes in my photos! I am willing to wait.
