2 major accomplisments today!

Not only thought about the 5th lap today, but DID IT!!!! That amounts to 8.8 km... I'll wait for Topsbear to tell me how many miles that is.. The last 2 laps I walked with another walker and that's how I got the extra lap in.... he's been doing it for 4 years... And I wasn't worn out, but sure sweat a lot!!!!
And also did some jogging with it, and got up to 300 steps a couple times...,

Had a nice bubble bath and did some stretches while in the tub too. Listened to my audio book till it went to "Unknown format". Good thing I guess cuz I came downstairs then and being a little shakey, I checked and found a low B.S. and had a snack, that is twice this week, that's when the diabetic nurse told me I should check with doc about cutting back on one drug... Will have to self-monitor better since I don't have a doc...
