I started the Sparkcoach program this week and today's challenge is to give myself a pep talk.
So here it goes. I am a wonderful person who can do anything I set my mind to. Today I will continue my 5k training (it makes me feel happy when I have finished another day ) I will start my strength training so that I can have a strong healthy body that walks tall and proud. I will eat some fruit and veggies today as a way of showing my body and mind that I love it.
