Stay on Program - it works!

So yesterday I had a good day. Had a Tuscan Salad with grilled chicken for lunch and a Tofu Stir-Fry with brown basmati rice for dinner. I tracked my food. And I Sparked! Today, I was down 2.4 pounds! I knew yesterday's weigh-in was bloat.
I also am figuring out (again!) that I am making this too difficult. It is easy to stay on plan with Weight Watchers points and easy to stay on my SWAMI food list - food I love. It is awesome to hear success stories at my WW meetings and get tips from others. It is also to connect with Spark Friends and hear of their successes.
So I am focussed, I am logging my foods, I am getting activity in, I am staying within my points and I am Sparking!
