Walk-jogged 48 Minutes This Morning!

It was even more fun than last week's walk-jog! I really enjoyed it, and hope to do this two days a week. I burned almost 170 calories, but it was more the actual doing it that mattered. Plus, I am hitting the gym again this evening to S.T. and do core work.
Anyway, I am still focusing on my six goals. I did well yesterday, and lowered my calories about 200 without feeling deprived. Today, I hope to aim for 400 cal meals and at least one snack before I work out.
