If anyone out there has been considering doing a water aerobics or similar but think it is for wimps.. OMG.. think again!
I have been doing regular water aerobics because I just can't exercise any other way, I am just too heavy for my body. So I took to a class. Last night I tried another, deep water exercise and dabbled in another.. EZ Swimmer. They are TOUGH! Please try it if you are struggling with exercise as I am right now. I promise it will give you a great workout both cardio and weight training.
Tomorrow is weigh day and I really just want a loss of any kind. I do feel like my clothes are looser and I tried on a skirt suit this morning but I reckon I am at least 10-15lbs away from fitting in it.
Another water class tonight... I wish they had them every night of the week.
