Today's challenge is to count my servings of vegetables.

I can tell I'm getting older. Yesterday for our anniversary we went to a nice health restaurant for dinner. Afterwards we planned a walk on the beach but I wanted to take my leftovers home and put them in the refrigerator prior. We ended up both taking a nap! We were exhausted! However, upon waking I did hit the track and got in 20 flights of stairs, 5 miles, & came home and did a new workout on the Total Gym. Not bad for a Grandma!

That is too funny! I used to be able to go to a movie and dinner. Now, with age it's one or the other. If I eat dinner first, I will sleep in the movie for sure! LOL Happy Anniversary! emoticon
