Okay,I've put this off long enough. Time for those July stats for the three primary goals: calories within range, less alcohol, six hours of sleep.
Calories: 48% (4% improvement over June)
Alcohol: 45% (11% down from June)
Sleep: 95% (same)
So far in August, I'm doing fairly well in those categories, and I added a goal for fitness each day.
