Finally Fessing Up for July

Okay,I've put this off long enough. Time for those July stats for the three primary goals: calories within range, less alcohol, six hours of sleep.

Calories: 48% (4% improvement over June)
Alcohol: 45% (11% down from June)
Sleep: 95% (same)

So far in August, I'm doing fairly well in those categories, and I added a goal for fitness each day.

  Celia I know how you feel. It's like....if we don't weigh we won't know we gained.LOL

Yesterday I went with friends all day on a trip. I tried to stay on track but just didn't know how I did. When I got home I had to make myself track. It was like if I didn't track I could forget that I might have gone over. Well, I tracked and was over but only by 138 calories. I consider it a good day because I tried so hard and had I been closer to a food scale or computer I would have made it.

You are successful because you are working on it and tracking and going for your goals.! good work
