Today was a average, was gone at work eleven hours and now it's time to clean the house! No exercise.

One cup 2% Greek yogurt, 1 tbslp plum jam
Figgy buckwheat scone
Green salad with peaches, goat cheese, and almonds and a vinegrette
Light 12 ounce blended coffee
4 small plates sushi
6 chips with salsa
10 cherries

    It is alright, sometimes we don't get to exercise.
