Drink 8-10 cups of water daily: 7/7 this issue is not a problem anymore, and I am going to remove it from my goals for September, but going to continue to focus on it for the remainder of August.
Walk 20 minutes daily : 6/7 The one day I missed was a day of visiting and traveling. I could have gotten a walk in, but neglected to do so. Forgiving myself anyway!
Write 3 morning pages daily : 5/7 The days I missed it were hectic busy days with traveling, visiting and visiting a museum.
Keep my food journal: 4.5/7 I stopped doing this on Thursday morning. The next 2.5 days were very very busy, but I still managed to track my main goals those days even though I didn't write down my food all day.
Eat 8-10 freggies daily : 5/7 next week I intend to get a 7/7 on this one.
Track food intake on Sparkpeople daily: 7/7 I made sure of this one because I am tracking my sodium to keep it low.
Keep sodium intake below 2300 every day: 5/7 and after the two days of going over by less than 100 each day my weight skyrocketed by 5 pounds due to water weight.
My weigh in is tomorrow and I am optimistic. I have three levels of goals for tomorrow. Silver medal is 226.2 to be down from two weeks ago weigh in. Gold Medal is 224.8 to reach last week's weigh in goal. Platinum Medal is 223.2 to reach my goal for this week's weigh in and be one track for my August goals. I am expecting to be nearer the Gold Medal than anything, but I am hopeful that I might come close to Platinum.
I had a very productive week. Lots of goings on. I traveled to the big city on Friday to visit the Royal Ontario Museum, specifically their exhibit on Mesopotamia. My younger child and I spent 8 hours exploring this incredible treasure our province is home to, 3 of them in the Mesopotamia exhibit. Thursday was spent preparing healthy foods for the trip and after our return home as well. Friday we slept at my Mom's house and then spent the afternoon with my relatives in the city before returning home. The next few days have been spent unpacking and returning our home to it's usual state after being so busy. I have been able to achieve the majority of my goals all week long and I am still healthy and energetic. Major victories for me this week! I will set some goals for the coming week relating to my weigh in after I weigh in tomorrow morning. Will I be able to sleep with all the anticipation! I hope so!
