Wow! I managed to log everything, but didn't tell you about it. it was a busy time- appointments, picking and freezing blackberries (I put them on cookie sheet to freeze separately then bag them up - eat like popsicles in the winter!), my daughter and grandson over, then my husband's birthday celebration on the weekend. I did have birthday cake.
I do have to confess, I exceeded calories on the birthday meal by about 50 calories. I had it planned pretty well, but we had a small pie to sample made from red crab-apples, and I ate a bite. Well, there you go.
I followed the advice of a Sparkfriend to do better the next day, and to get in more exercise.
The good news is, no weight gain at all, and I still hope to lose a pound this week.
