Wow! I managed to log everything, but didn't tell you about it. it was a busy time- appointments, picking and freezing blackberries (I put them on cookie sheet to freeze separately then bag them up - eat like popsicles in the winter!), my daughter and grandson over, then my husband's birthday celebration on the weekend. I did have birthday cake.

I do have to confess, I exceeded calories on the birthday meal by about 50 calories. I had it planned pretty well, but we had a small pie to sample made from red crab-apples, and I ate a bite. Well, there you go.

I followed the advice of a Sparkfriend to do better the next day, and to get in more exercise.

The good news is, no weight gain at all, and I still hope to lose a pound this week.

    Congratulations of doing so well & tracking everything. Gee, only 50 calories over your limit during a birthday celebration is very good in my book. That's a very minimal overage ! I wouldn't feel bad about that at all. Sounds like a wonderful weekend with your family ! Yay ! I'll bet you will get rid of another pound, you have been doing so well ! Keep up the awesome work !
