Disney was great, but exhausting! I need a vacation from my vacation!
I was a little scared to get on the scale Monday, but I did it, and I haven't gained anything, but I didn't lose either. I will take it! I ate a TON Of bad for you but so delicious food! I also walked for like 15 hours that day and drank what seemed like 2 gallons of water.
I got back to the gym today, finally, and on to my official training plan. I started an interval plan, with a 1 minute run/3 minute walk for five intervals. It was hard, but not unbearable. Then I did 45 on the bike. I feel tired, but good!
