I have been asked by my over 55+ team to blog about what makes me overeat and what can I do to overcome this problem.
Let me start with looking at the most common reasons people overeat.
3. Low self-esteem
4. Self sabotage
6. Time constraints
7. Love of food
8. Other people's influence
9. Given up
Let me see which ones apply to me.
1. Boredom, yes, when my husband is at work and the boys are gone for the day, I get bored. What can I do? Spend time with my spark buddies.
4. Self sabotage. What can I do? Tell my self I am worth it.
7. Love of food, get it out of the house.
8. Other people's influence, my husband does not need to lose weight, find someone that does need to lose weight and work with them.
40% of the situations apply to me. That's less than half, so I feel I can beat the odds and be a winner.
I am worth it.
