My First Day Of Boot Camp

I found the work out videos for the 10 minutes segments. I was really struggling to keep up and at times I had to do the lower impact version of the given body movements. At the beginning I felt tired with a bit of pain. It was the longest 10 minutes ever! I survived and awhile afterward started feeling really great! The post stretches did wonders and prevented my muscles from feeling sore.

I have done a total of 30 minutes and I am looking forward to finishing at-least 3 more 10 min. segments later on. I love the 10 minute videos and I am sure it helps the beginners. I have decided not to do the scales though, no time soon rather. The scales don't seem to move fast enough for the work I put in. (lol) In the end, I know if it's to be; It will be up to me. All the beautiful motivators helps make this transition so much smoother.

I decided to focus on my cardio training for the rest of this month. My goal is to shed some pounds, lower my raging blood pressure and start and maintain a healthier life style. I hope to one day say good bye to all bp meds and welcome a "bill of excellent health". Loosing weight will also decrease my pressure and I am looking forward to it all. I feel this will be a challenging but great journey!
