For so many times in my weight loss journey I have realized that I have spoken about going to gym on some days , but yet never make it there. I finally realized how important it really is and I have to get my priorities straight. health is a very important thing because for one, we only get one life to live so we need to do it right. we can not allow other things or other people to talk us out of the exercise. we have to be strong, so we can live long. learn to embrace life and take care of yourself.
