Winning Day 8/13/13

emoticon This morning I woke up early to another sunny day. emoticon

I decided to get an early start on my exercise so I went downstairs to my exercise room and walked on the treadmill for 70 minutes! (That is 3 1/2 miles at 3 mph) That's pretty good for me. emoticon

I got in 8500 steps toward my daily goal of 10,000 and did the cardio at the same time. I am finally wising up! emoticon

It feels so-o good to get the bulk of my exercise goals out of the way early. When I wait until later in the day I get lazy or busy and then it's a chore.

I still need to do some toning today but that is easy to do in front of the t.v. emoticon

So I had this epiphany that I haven't really been trying my best for the last few months.

I have decided to start working on my winning attitude. emoticon
Starting today I will go to bed earlier so I can get up earlier and do my cardio earlier!

I feel more energetic and I have more time to do other activities without feeling like I have something hanging over my head.

That reminds me: I also had my hair cut and styled this morning and that always makes me feel like a winner! emoticon

    I always do my exercise in the morning too. I am always up early, so I get it done, does energise me for the whole day!
You had a great start to your day, good job.
I agree about having a new cut and style, another positive boost. emoticon emoticon

  You go girl! So proud of you! I have been sedentary for 4 years between waiting for and getting 2 knee replacements and recovery of. I am happy to have started with 10 min of exercise
