Winning Day 8/13/13

This morning I woke up early to another sunny day.
I decided to get an early start on my exercise so I went downstairs to my exercise room and walked on the treadmill for 70 minutes! (That is 3 1/2 miles at 3 mph) That's pretty good for me.
I got in 8500 steps toward my daily goal of 10,000 and did the cardio at the same time. I am finally wising up!
It feels so-o good to get the bulk of my exercise goals out of the way early. When I wait until later in the day I get lazy or busy and then it's a chore.
I still need to do some toning today but that is easy to do in front of the t.v.
So I had this epiphany that I haven't really been trying my best for the last few months.
I have decided to start working on my winning attitude.
Starting today I will go to bed earlier so I can get up earlier and do my cardio earlier!
I feel more energetic and I have more time to do other activities without feeling like I have something hanging over my head.
That reminds me: I also had my hair cut and styled this morning and that always makes me feel like a winner!
