I put this link in a blog so I can "bookmark" it for myself, However, I do want to share it if you are struggling with food cravings. Since I left processed food behind, I no longer suffer from binges or from night eating and I am grateful every day to be free from that monkey on my back. The toll those behaviors took on my self esteem and the relationship I had with my body was not pretty.
I am not perfect, so I still need reinforcement to keep away from the dreaded triad.
I hope this is helpful if you're having a tough week. I know we have the ultimate responsibility for what goes in our mouths. Knowledge is power and it's easier to fight back when you know your enemy.
