Well, I'm not proud but I'm not going to deny it any longer either. I need to start over. I have deleted all my goals and the dates I hit the weight goals before and am recommitting to myself. I'm going to do the Couch 2 5k program in order to get ready for my Warrior Dash next month. I am at an embarrassing level with my running and I'm not sure how much of it I can actually blame on my injury. But, the only way to do better is get back out there.
I've wrapped my ankle in the KT tape and am now just waiting until the hour is up and I can go run. I loved it before and if I take all the pressure I've been putting on my running goals and throw them out the window hopefully I can love it again.
