I have to admit that even though I wasn't on here much last week (due to a busy work schedule) I'm still motivated. I didn't drink all of my water on Saturday and Sunday, but I'm back on track this week.
I have been using the treadmill since I got it. I'm having to start all over again with my walking, but at least I have started. Sometimes it's frustrating not being able to walk the distance and speed that I could when I was working out. I WILL get back that point.
